Meet Kellie, founder and Lead Support Coordinator of Sonic Support.
Kellie holds a range of qualifications, professional and lived experience including:

Cert 4 Business Administration
Cert 4 Auslan
Cert 4 Disability
Kellie has worked in disability since 1997 with adults and children across Australia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, in a variety of roles including Support Worker, Program Coordinator, Early Intervention, LiFT Program, Live-in Carer, Educational Interpreter (Auslan) in schools and Recruiting carers.
Kellie works with participants and their families/carers alongside professionals such as Early Childhood Educators, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Key Workers, Child Safety, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Paediatricians and Teachers of the Deaf.
Meet Sonic Psychosocial Recovery Coach - Emma.
Emma holds her Masters of Social Work, Bachelor of Social Welfare and Diploma of Counselling.
With experience as a support worker, wellbeing coordinator, teacher’s aide, adult mental health case management and disability support roles within school environments, Emma has a range of skills and knowledge to share with you.
Emma is passionate about working in a person-centred way that prioritises autonomy, choice, and collaboration. Emma aims to support people to feel empowered, confident, and successful in achieving the goals that matter most to them.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time at the beach, discovering new cafés, practising Pilates, and connecting with friends and family.
